Deposit and Cancellation Policies
Your credit card will be charged a 50% deposit (the charge will show on your statement as Video Lynx), part of which is a non-refundable fee of $250 or 15% which ever is greater, if you cancel for any reason. The deposit payment will be due after booking in order to confirm your wedding date. There is also a non-refundable deposit of $200 for reception planning, if applicable. Additionally, weddings that are cancelled within a 72- hour time period prior to the wedding, the 50% deposit will be retained and the balance paid will be refunded.Payment for your balance in full is due 14 days prior to your wedding date.
